We are CMS Worldwide, LLC. CMS stands for Consulting, Management & Supplies Worldwide, LLC. We are a specialized in consultancy, management and supplying turn key solutions with a wide variety of industries, however, we are mostly focused on construction, and industrial companies.
Through our line of work, we focus on optimizing existing or to become projects, providing solutions and supplying from light to heavy equipment’s, mostly from North American suppliers.
Our long experience, and international networks, naturally leads us towards working with a wide variety of international and local medium to large companies.
Our client companies are mostly implanted in West Africa, such as Nigeria, Liberia, and Benin while most of our suppliers are headquartered in the Americas.
In some of the countries we export to, suppliers we represent, or for whom we export are often lacking proper structural representation towards directly marketing, supplying and distributing their own products; for some others we assure bi passing competition and remaining competitive by directly providing large companies, sparing unnecessary structural costs, distributor costs, allowing in the process better economic leverage towards both parties.
As North American suppliers are consistently confronted to increasing international competition, to some of these companies the risk to do business in some specific countries often appears too hi. This leads to often operate through third party agents or unofficial importers, loosing economical control, and leverage in the process.
CMS Worldwide was initially created to properly spare American companies from losing the opportunity to position themselves into the important market of some emerging countries.
By simplifying processes, and commercial protocols, we actively participate in increasing the competitiveness of our suppliers and manufacturers against the strong and motivated emergence of international competition.
While representing with expertise and complete transparency both sides of every deal we make, we aim at securing all parties interests, while fully assisting both sides during every steps of each process.
